Abstract
Over the years there’ve been need to transition from fossil fuel into cleaner forms of energy as a result of the detrimental effect the burning of fossil fuel has on the environment. The storage related issues of hydrogen are some of the challenges limiting its exploration as a cleaner energy source. Specifically, compressed form of hydrogen storage which is the most adopted method of storing hydrogen faces various challenges such as the hydrogen embrittlement of steel and loses of structural integrity over the course of usage. This study is aimed at addressing this issue by exploring two configurations and comparing them to the conventional all alloy steel configuration. The two configurations (HDPE, Carbon fiber configuration(H-C) and carbon fiber, HDPE, carbon fiber configuration(C-H-C)). were investigated for performances characteristics at various pressure levels and compared to the all-alloy steel configuration. At a pressure of 15Mpa, the H-c configuration had a stress value of 7.89E+07N/mm while the C-H-C configurations had a stress value of 1.05E+08N/mm. various parameters including stress, displacement, strain, and factor of safety for the two configurations were investigated and compared to the all-alloy steel configuration. The two configurations should good performance for various pressure values. However, the carbon fiber, HDPE, carbon fiber configurations should the closest performance to the all-alloy steel configurations, with the factor of safety almost equal for pressure values above 35Mpa.Suggesting that the Carbon fiber, HDPE, Carbon fiber to be a good alternative to the all-alloy steel as it address the hydrogen embrittlement issue without compromising structural integrity.

Abstract
Lifetime data analysis plays a crucial role in various fields, ranging from engineering to epidemiology. In this study, we investigate the effectiveness of the Paralogistic-Weibull distribution in modeling lifetime data compared to other competing distributions such as the Weibull and Paralogistic distributions. Two datasets were analyzed: the daily number of COVID-19 infected persons in Nigeria and the survival times of patients with Head and Neck Cancer. We employed goodness-of-fit tests, including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Anderson-Darling, and Cramér-von Mises tests, along with discrepancy criteria such as the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC), to evaluate the performance of the distributions. The results indicate that the ParalogisticWeibull distribution consistently outperforms the other distributions across both datasets, exhibiting higher p-values and lower discrepancy criteria values. Therefore, we conclude that the Paralogistic-Weibull distribution offers superior flexibility and accuracy in modeling lifetime data, providing valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in the field of lifetime data analysis.

Abstract
The increasing adoption of smart home technologies and the demand for robust home security systems have driven the need for innovative solutions that integrate various components seamlessly. This project presents a comprehensive smart home security solution that integrates IoT technology with remote camera control capabilities, leveraging the cost-effective ESP32-
CAM microcontroller. The system comprises two key components: a responsive web application and a Telegram bot interface, designed to provide homeowners with real-time surveillance and control functionality. The ESP32-CAM module, equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and an integrated camera sensor, is the core hardware, capturing high-quality images and video streams
that can be accessed remotely through either interface. The web application offers an intuitive dashboard for monitoring live video feeds, viewing captured images, controlling camera parameters, and receiving motion-triggered alerts. Complementing this, the Telegram bot provides similar functionality through a conversational interface, allowing users to request images, view live streams, and receive instant notifications on their mobile devices. This dual-interface approach ensures accessibility across various devices and user preferences. The implementation utilizes a decentralized architecture where the ESP32-CAM operates as both a camera and a lightweight server, communicating directly with client applications without relying on cloud infrastructure. This edge computing approach prioritizes data privacy and reduces dependency on external services. The Telegram bot integration leverages the Telegram API for secure notifications while maintaining the local processing paradigm. Experimental
results demonstrate the system's effectiveness in providing reliable surveillance with minimal latency while maintaining reasonable power consumption for extended operation. This solution offers an affordable yet robust alternative to commercial smart security systems, making home security technology more accessible to a broader range of users

Abstract
The concept of Copyright has its foundational purpose on the reward for hard work, that oneshould reap where he sows and vice versa. However the achievement of this purpose has provento be more challenging than envisaged. Ever since 1988, the Copyright has made provisions forbodies known as collective societies to go about this function of Protection of copyright, but it might be too generous to say they have done a job well done. A comparison of the Copyright enforcement in Nigeria with that of other foreign states liketheUS would see that these foreign states have higher cases of litigation for copyright. This might beg the question of why this is the case in the first place. Nevertheless the challenges still persist in these foreign states. As far as Nigeria is concerned, would the Copyright Act, 2022helptoameliorate these challenges, giving us better results in terms of enforcement or is this just another chapter from the past? Supposedly, the advent of the internet would no longer be a burden on the administrrabilityandenforcements of copyright in Nigeria, especially with the newly promulgated Copyrights Act of2022. However will this be a conclusion too early made? On the surface level we canseethesteps being made by the Copyrights Commission in collaboration with the Nigerian legislaturetoensure that these rights are better protected, a critical look will also show that the basic problemsmight still remain unsolved. Could it be that these laws along with the functions of the NCCandthe Collective societies , even go against the wishes of the artist they claimto protect?Inasmuch as the purpose for copyright is to reward creativity, these creatives can only be rewardedwith respect to their popularity, but if the Copyrights Act works against this popularity howthencan we achieve the aim of reward?
