Abstract
This study aims to investigate the feasibility of using a blend of plantain and banana peel ash (PBPA) as a partial replacement for cement in concrete. The study seeks to evaluate the effects of PBPA on the workability, compressive strength, and flexural strength of concrete, with a view to reducing the environmental impact of concrete production.
The workability of the concrete mixtures was evaluated using the slump test, in accordance with ASTM C143/C143M-15a. The compressive strength was determined using the standard compressive strength test, as outlined in BS EN 12390-3:2019. The flexural strength was assessed using the modulus of rupture test, in line with ASTM C78/C78M-18. These tests enabled a comprehensive evaluation of the effects of PBPA on the mechanical properties of concrete. The results showed that 0% replacement of cement with PBPA and coarse aggregate produced a slump value of 40mm while 5 to 15% replacement produced slump values of 39.7mm,42.7mm, 51.3mm respectively. From the rate of decrease, this indicated that
increasing the PBPA content decreases the workability of the mix , while the compressive and flexural strengths were reduced by up to 20% at 28 days. However, the concrete mixtures with up to 10% PBPA replacement still met the strength requirements for grade M20 concrete. The findings suggest that PBPA can be used as a supplementary cementitious material to reduce the environmental impact of concrete production.

Abstract
Religion has been a powerful force shaping world politics throughout history.1 Whether through the influence of religious institutions, the actions of religious leaders, the great influence which religion has on man’s thought process or the beliefs and
practices of ordinary individuals, it has played a central role in shaping political systems, conflicts, and alliances.2 From the ancient world to the present day, religion has been used to justify wars and conquests, to mobilize social movements, and to define cultural identity.3 At times, religion has been a source of division and conflict, fueling sectarian violence and intolerance.4 At other times, it has been a force for peace and reconciliation, inspiring social justice movements and promoting interfaith dialogue.5 However, some are of the view that politics and religion should be separated. Thus, Milliard Fillmore, the
13 th President of the United States, stated that, “Church and State should be separate, not only in form, but fact- religion and politics should not be mingled”.6

Abstract
The performance quality of web content is a critical determinant of success for e-commerce platforms, directly influencing user engagement and conversion rates. This is especially critical in Nigeria's mobile-first, bandwidth-constrained digital market, where many local websites struggle to meet global performance standards, leading to prolonged load times and a suboptimal user experience that risks customer loss. This study therefore aimed to investigate the performance of selected Nigerian e-commerce websites and diagnose major performance bottlenecks. To achieve this, the project employed a tool-based approach, conducting a performance investigation using Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix to analyze key pages across three major platforms: Jumia, Konga, and Slot. The findings revealed significant performance disparities; Jumia demonstrated relatively optimized performance, Konga exhibited critical inefficiencies with excessively slow load times, and Slot showed inconsistent results, particularly on mobile. In conclusion, the study establishes that technical performance is an inseparable component of web content quality. It provides actionable recommendations, such as image compression and script optimization, underscoring the strategic need for Nigerian e-commerce platforms to prioritize technical excellence to meet up with global standards, enhance user trust, and ensure sustained growth and competitiveness in the evolving digital marketplace.
