Queer theory is a literary approach that examines homosexuals’ sexual orientation in a particular society. This involves the way society defines concept and policies heterosexuality, homosexuality alongside gender and sexual identity. Queer theory is not just confined to sexualities or sexual right; it also questions established social, economic and political power relations that define the place of personal opinion in society. As Drew Shaw explains in his article "Queer inclination and representation: Dambudzo Marechera and Zimbabwe literature (2005)”tT.1995 was a turning point regarding the presence of homosexuality in Zimbabwe public space. The ban of GALZ (Gays and lesbian of Zimbabwe association)at the Harare international book fair and Robert Mugabe's violent speeches prompted international indignation and opened up a national debate. Abstract
This research delves into the profound stigma associated with barrenness within African society, using the novels "A Woman in Her Prime" by Asare Konadu and "Stay with Me" by Ayobami Adebayo as primary sources. It comprehensively analyzes the cultural, social, and emotional dimensions of infertility and the resulting stigma in African communities. The study begins by contextualizing the societal importance of motherhood and fertility in various African cultures, where infertility is seen as a personal and communal failing, resulting in feelings of shame and inadequacy. Through character analysis and narrative exploration in both novels, the research uncovers gender dynamics that unfairly blame women for infertility, despite it often being a shared issue. This unequal blame distribution can lead to marital and familial strains. Additionally, the study examines how barren women experience community stigmatization, intensifying their feelings of shame and isolation. The emotional toll of infertility, including sadness, frustration, anxiety, and depression, is highlighted, underscoring the need for emotional support. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the necessity of awareness and advocacy to combat infertility stigma in African societies, promoting empathy, understanding, and access to medical and emotional support as vital steps toward alleviating the suffering of affected individuals. This comparative analysis sheds light on infertility challenges and underscores the urgent need for societal change and support.

E-COMMERCE AND PERFORMANCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL FIRMS IN NIGERIA

Abstract
Among the most powerful forces affecting the world’s economy and commerce today is the substantial increase in globalisation through the use of information and communications Technologies (ICTs) (Kaynak et al., 2005). Kaynak et al (2005) sugges was revolutionary, now, it is simply evolutionary. E-commerce provides many opportunities to create better business economics (Oliver, 1999) and some have gone as far as indicating that e- commerce is the “great equalizer” (Quinn, 1999), if these statements are true then it would mean that businesses should be receiving some sort of benefit from the implementation of these
technologies. The ability of the World Wide Web (WWW) to facilitate communication has triggered the need for businesses to think about new ways of conducting their affairs (Herbig and Hale, 1997; Pattinson and Brown 1996; Hamill, 1997). As the medium has been suffering from substantial hype, it would appear that business operators have been reluctant to participate in the e-commerce environment, although various researchers are predicting phenomenal growth in the near future (Hamill, 1997).

Abstract
Peace is a concept of societal friendship and harmony in the absence of hostility and violence (Wikipedia 2020). In a social sense, peace is commonly used to mean a lack of conflict (such as war) and freedom from fear of violence between individuals or groups. Relevant studies have shown that Nigeria has been tagged “a security risk nation”, because of the incessant crises, social vices, and lack of cordial relationship among its ethnic and religious groups. This project also showed the implication of conflicts as it affects peaceful co-existence in Nigeria and the roles of Christianity in solving the violence or conflicts in the nation. However, so much good has been done in the name of religion. Tasie (2002) reiterates that religion per se does not create problems, particularly the three main religions of Nigeria- African Traditional Religion, Christianity and Islam.
