Abstract
An integrated approach using seismic information was employed for subsurface mapping of SULU reservoir of the Niger Delta basin. The aim of this study was directed towards the generation of a subsurface map, determination of the subsurface structural features for hydrocarbon and prediction of prospecting of the reservoir. The methods employed include analysis of 3D seismic data using Petrel software: faults and horizon deductions from the seismic section were used to generate structural maps which revealed different structural styles present in the studied area and extraction of amplitude. A distinct horizon was mapped. From the horizon nine faults (with five been major) were mapped for the purpose of carrying 3D subsurface structural interpretation. These were used in generating the time structure maps using the Petrel Interpretational tool. The results show that the trapping mechanisms in the field are favourable for hydrocarbon accumulation. Two principal structural trapping mechanisms presents are the rollover anticline and the simple anticline. This study has demonstrated and appreciate the importance of seismic structural interpretation in generation of subsurface maps of reservoir, understanding the structural styles present, amplitude extraction for
prospect ranking.

Abstract
Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) is an herbaceous plant from the Fragaria genus. It is a well-known plant with a widely enjoyed fruit. Strawberry, like other common fruits, contains antioxidants such as ascorbic acid (vitamin C), folic acid, and essential oils It is also high in minerals like iodine, magnesium, copper, iron, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin E. Hormones have critical role in fertility management and regulation. Endocrine glands produce hormones and release them to target organs in response to stimulation via negative or positive feedback mechanisms. This study was aimed at evaluating the effect of Fragaria ananassa (strawberry fruit) extract on male reproductive function by analyzing the male hormones in adult male wistar rat. A total of twenty (20) adult male wistar rats were used for this study. The rats were divided into four (4) experimental groups (A-D) with five (n=5) rats in each group. The rats were acclimatized for two weeks before commencement of administration. Group A was the control group. Group B, C and D were administered 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg body weight of fragaria ananassa extract orally via gavage respectively. The rats were anesthetized using chloroform vapor and were terminally bled by cardiac puncture. The blood samples were collected using a heparinized tube for hormonal assay. Testosterone was determined by competitive enzyme immunoassay (TYPE 7) and Luteinizing hormone was determined by Immunoenzymometric assay (TYPE 3). The result were statistically analyzed using Graph-Pad prism version 8.0. Comparison within groups were done using one-way ANOVA. The result were presented as mean ±SEM and p-value less than 0.05(P < 0.05) was considered statistically significant. The result showed non-significant difference in the hormones (Testosterone and Luteinizing hormone) in group B, C and D when compared to the control group (Group A). In conclusion aqueous extract of Fragaria ananassa (strawberry fruit) does not have significant effect on the reproductive hormones (Testosterone and Luteinizing hormone) in adult male wistar rats.

Abstract
An increasing unemployment rate in Sub-SaharanAfrican economies presents amajor problem for the continent’s economies today. Since the early 1980s, economists and policymakers inNigeria have been deeply concerned about the issue of unemployment.Publicandprivatesectorsarepayingmoreattentiontothisphenomenondue tofinancialcrisis and this has exacerbated the country’s unemployment problem and, in turn, the country’s security issue. It is based on this premise that this study sought to examine the impact of unemployment on insecurity in Nigeria using the following research questions; how endemic is the unemployment situation in Nigeria? What is the relationship between unemployment and insecurity in Nigeria? How has unemployment brought about insecurity in Nigeria? To answer the aforementioned questions, the study employed the quantitativemethodology using the questionnaire as the primary mode of data collection. The major findings of the study were that; insecurity in all its forms has a negative impact on the unemployment situation in Nigeria which have further plunged the nation with increased hunger and instability. The general breakdown of law and order was said to have adversely affected the unemployment situation. Bad leadership was suggested as a possible reason for the rising insecurity situation across the country and that lack of Jobs drives youths to engage in all sorts of activities that cause insecurity. The study recommended that the administration of President Buhari must expand and improve upon its social intervention programmes to ensure the creation and provision of jobs to both skills and un-skills citizens of the country. This would go a long way in reducing poverty, and thereby minimizing the rate of crime in Nigeria and among Nigerians. Governance must therefore work to the benefit of its own citizens. Poverty and inequality should be eliminated if Nigeria is to be spared of violence. The government should create job opportunities for its unemployed youth. Without opportunity to work the people would feel that the society is against them and will wage war against them. Provision of employment has to be Nigerian priority.
