The specific purpose of the study was to identify the different cloud technologies used by librarians to build collaborative libraries in Nigeria, examining the level of use of the cloud technologies for building collaborative libraries in Nigeria, investigate the influence of self-efficacy on librarians’ use of cloud technologies for building collaborative libraries in Nigeria and to find out the problems facing the use of cloud technologies for building collaborative libraries in Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study and a total of 120
copies of the questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and 100 questionnaires were retrieved and found usable, resulting to 83% response rate using a total enumeration sampling technique. The instrument for data collection that was used was the questionnaire, the instrument developed in accordance with the research questions were validated by the researcher`s supervisor. Analyses and discussion of data collected for this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics; frequency percentage. The study revealed that Amazon, Google Drive, Apple i-Cloud, I Drop-Box , Slack, Web-OPAC, Adobe Creative Cloud and Flicker are cloud technologies used by librarians to build collaborative libraries and the level of satisfaction derived from using cloud technologies for building collaborative libraries is very high. Abstract
The relevance of Intellectual Property protection to our day to day activities has repeatedly been shown to be a settled matter. For this reason, the dawn of information age and the advancement of technology in the reproduction of information and intellectual goods has created a favorable tool for piracy; copying and selling of another's intellectual works have become easy and less expensive; Copyright theft; Production of fake, Sub-standard and unlicensed products are on the increase. Hence, Copyright Piracy is a global problem, although more prevalent in developing countries like Nigeria. Copyright piracy has been recognized worldwide as an enemy of creative arts, intellectualism and creativity. It obstructs genuine investments and corrupts cultural value of a nation. Section / of the Copyright Act CAP C28 LFN 2004 makes provisions for the definition, protection, transfer, infringement of and remedy, and penalty thereof of copyright in forms of Literal, Musical, Dramatic and Sound recordings works. It is pertinent to observe that online generated materials can be classified under the category of literary works. Of greater importance, Sections 2 and 3 of the Copyright Act is to the effect that, copyright protection of any
physical creative work is local, while the reach of the internet is international. The provisions of Sections 2 and 3 above presents a strenuous task for the protection of copyrights and enforcement of wrongdoings committed across the border. In respect of that, Section 2(1) of the Copyright Act provides that copyright shall be conferred by this section on every work eligible for copyright of which the authors or in the case of a work of a joint authorship, any of the authors is at the time when the work is made, a citizen, or is domiciled in Nigeria Nigeria's status as a favorable destination for foreign direct investment and a place where local creative talent can flourish is in jeopardy due to the activities of individuals who unjustifiably infringe on another's copyright works. It is in recognition of the above fundamental facts that the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), which is saddled with the responsibility of monitoring, administering and enforcing copyright laws and ensuring proper implementation of set out rules and regulations on the citizenry in the case of default seeks to fight against piracy.

Abstract
A study on the effect of brewery effluent on two microalgae Thalassiosira sp. and Chaetoceros gracilis was carried out for fourteen (14) days. The experiment was done in triplicate using concentrations 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% of brewery effluent. Growth responses were measured using a visible spectrophotometer at 750nm and some physicochemical parameters were analyzed before and after the experiment using standard methods. Descriptive statistics, inferential (one way analysis of variance) ANOVA repeated measures, paired t-test and Tukey test were done using Microsoft excel 2010 and statistical package for social sciences SPSS20. The results showed that there was a significant difference (p < 0.05) in the growth
response of both microalgae. Different concentrations of brewery effluent affected the growth of Thalassiosira sp. and Chaetoceros gracilis. Higher concentrations (20%, 25% and 30%) had more stimulatory effect than lower concentrations (5%, 10% and 15%) when Thalassiosira sp. was used. Chaetoceros gracilis grew best in lower concentrations of 10%, 15% and 20%. A decrease in temperature was observed in all treatments while TOC and COD decreased at lower
concentrations of brewery effluent then remained constant at higher concentrations

To guide the, five (5) research questions were raised and three (3) hypotheses were formulated. Relevant literatures related to the study were reviewed with maximum attention to the with the subject of interest. The study was a descriptive research which adopted a survey research design with the population of five thousand, two hundred and sixty (5,260.) men in Oluku community, while 263 respondents made up the sample size carefully selected using simple random sampling technique. A self- constructed questionnaire, whose reliability was determined using test-retest method, was validated by the supervisor and used to collect relevant data for the study. The data were further analyzed using simple percentage, frequency counts, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMC) and Chi-square statistical methods. The results were presented, interpreted and discussed by the researcher and findings were drawn. Following the findings, majority of the respondents (men in Oluku) have high knowledge of family planning. Furthermore, majority of the respondents had negative attitudes which were significantly related to their negative family planning behaviours. These were associated with low socio-economic status and religious factor which were proven to influence family planning behaviours of men. Hence, the researcher recommended that the government and relevant stakeholders should provide for functional institutions and health system which guarantees child survival and an improvement in the general level of education in the community as some men, especially in the rural areas, are scared of, and believe that non-use of family planning could help them to still have many children in case of child-mortality. Abstract
A century and half ago, communication between countries involved physical presence. Once, a reporter had to run as fast as possible back to the newsroom after interviewing and tried to beat the competition to print. With the advent of the digital age the role of the journalist changed. The inception of information communication technology such as the internet has made it possible to find out about events without actually being there. Journalists can report news across the world over the internet. Throughout history, developments in technology and communication have gone hand in-hand, and the latest technological developments such as the internet have resulted in the advancement of the science of communication to a new level. The process of human communication has evolved over the years, with many path- breaking inventions and discoveries heralding revolutions. The invention of pictographs or the first written communication in the ancient world brought about written communication. These writings were on stone, and remained immobile. The invention of paper, papyrus and wax, culminating in the invention of the printing press in the 15th century made possible transfer of documents from one place to another, allowing for uniformity of languages over long distances. The latest revolution is the widespread application of electronic technology such as electronic waves and signals to communication, manifesting in the electronic creation and transfer of documents over the World Wide Web (www.wikipediathefreeencyclopedia.com)
