Abstract
This study was design to examine the Influence of Christian Religious Studies on immoral practices in senior secondary schools: a case study of secondary schools in Onitsha South Local Government of Anambra State. To achieve this purpose the following research questions were put forward: Is the teaching of Christian Religious studies prevalent in secondary schools in Onitsha South Local Government Area of Anambra State? Does the absence of Christian Religious studies lead to moral decadence? What are the immoral practices/behaviors seen among secondary school students? What are the reasons behind the exhibition of immoral practices among secondary school students? Has Christian Religious studies been effective in improving the morals and behaviors of students in secondary schools in the area of study? This study adopted the descriptive research design and the major instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. The questionnaire was validated and reliability was determined through test retest method. The data collected was presented in frequency count and percentage for all the one hundred and fifty three (153) respondents draw from the twelve(12) secondary schools in Onitsha South Local Government Area of Anambra State through simple random sampling techniques. This project is in five chapters, these includes Chapter one which is the introduction, Chapter two deals with the review of related literature, Chapter three is the methodology while Chapter four is the presentation of results and discussion of findings and Chapter five is the summary, conclusion and recommendations.

The study was carried out to determine “influence of using online materials in teaching. Christian religious studies: a case study of the University of Benin. The population of the study consists of one hundred and twenty (120) 400 level religious studies students in faculty education, university of Benin, Edo state. The sampling technique used for this study is simple random sampling technique one hundred (100) 400 level religious studies students in faculty of Education, University of Benin, Edo state respondents were chosen to represent the students’ population. Four research questions were made; What types of
online materials are currently being used in the teaching of Christian religious studies at the University of Benin? How do educators perceive the effectiveness of online materials in enhancing student learning experiences in Christian religious studies? What are the challenges associated with integrating online materials into the teaching of Christian religious studies at the University of Benin? What strategies can be implemented to maximize the benefits and address the limitations of using online materials in religious studies education? The findings of the study revealed that; The use of online materials has also been found to improve student retention and recall of CRS concepts. Based on the findings the following recommendations were made; There should be a diverse range of online resources, the University of Benin should provide a diverse range of online resources that cater to different learning styles and needs

Abstract
The study investigated the factors militating against effective teaching of Christian Religious Studies in public Senior Secondary Schools in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. To achieve the purpose of the study, four research questions were raised and examined. The questionnaire was the instrument for data collection. The descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. An analysis of data was done using frequency count, mean and standard deviation. The sample size for the study was made up of 150 respondents. The findings from the study include that there is a high level of effective teaching of Christian Religious Studies in public senior secondary schools in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. It was concluded that lack of teacher’s motivation, unconducive learning environment and poor teaching methods all constituted the factors militating against effective teaching of Christian Religious Studies in public Senior Secondary Schools in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. It was therefore recommended among others that the government should put in more efforts to ensure adequate provision of resources, including textbooks, teaching materials, and classrooms to enhance the effective teaching of Christian Religious Studies
