Abstract
Over the years, Nigeria has experienced a steady growth in the telecommunication industry, with over ten (10) mobile wireless telecommunication services providers, over fifteen thousand (15,000) Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) spreads across the country, and also over One Hundred and seventeen million lines actively connected. With this tremendous growth, the concern among Nigerians about the effects and possible health hazard of electromagnetic waves radiation from the BTS and the mobile handsets cannot be over emphasize. This study focuses on measurement of Electromagnetic waves Radiation (w/m2) radiated from Base Transceiver Stations (BTS). These measurements were carried out using the handheld GQ EMF 390 digital meter. Maximum radiation values were measured and recorded from (BTS) of a selected site in UNIBEN and the results were compared with the standard provided by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, ICNIRP, 1998 (4.5W/m2 for 900MHz and 9W/m2 for 18000MHz) and an agreement was obtained.

Abstract
The study provided an insight the impact of bureaucracy in Nigeria public service: A case study of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The objectives were to identify the major environmental challenges confronting FIRS performance in tax generation of Nigeria and to suggest ways of improving its efficiency, to find out if there is a significant relationship between the quality of FIRS, bureaucracy and its tax revenue generation in Nigeria, and to identify the major environmental challenges affecting bureaucratic performance in Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The population of the study was divided into two groups, first, the FIRS staff, and taxpayers and then FIRS management staff in a major branch of the Federal Inland Revenue Service in Benin City. The study adopts the simple random sampling method in selecting 175 respondents. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyse the data collected with the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 21. The study revealed that the introduction of Information Communication Technology initiative has led to improve productivity at Federal Inland Revenue Service. Also, the study shows that, operations and management of work activities at Federal Inland Revenue Service are carry out by specialized individuals.

Abstract
In this era, the best problem solving method is needed in all field irrespective of the complexity or simplicity of the problem. Researchers and developers are doing their best to make software’s and machines more potent and intelligent. This is the advantage of artificial intelligent in developing solutions to searching algorithms that are potent and optimal. The most potent highly developed investigate method in Artificial Intelligence is the genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm was developed to get best result to a known difficulty premised on inheritance, collection, crossover, mutation and further method. It has been proven that
genetic algorithm is the most potent, impartial optimization method for analyzing a solution with large space. this research have been able to define what is genetic algorithm, how it differs from other existing traditional search optimization method, review of ten (10) traditional techniques of finding the best route in a given network. Also the design of genetic algorithm, it’s implementation on finding the best route within 20 cities (point) which is invariably the travelling salesman problem (TSP), and areas of application of application of genetic algorithms. The best route is invariably the shortest path.

Abstract
The psycho-social effect of child abandonment on the vulnerable child in Benin City is the central thesis of this study. The study had four objectives which were to; examine the psychological impact of abandonment on abandoned children, evaluate the level of government intervention on child abandonment issues, investigate the level of intervention by
civil society organization on child abandonment and elucidate the psychological effect of child abandonment on the society. The study adopted social learning, maxism and attachment theories and adopted a survey research design method while the population consist of 1,086,882 residents in Benin metropolis, 26 orphanages and officers of Ministry of women affairs and welfare department of the Nigerian Police Force in Edo state command. Out of these numbers 400 were administered with the research instrument. The study amongst others found out that there was a strong relationship between social wellbeing and vulnerable child, abandoned children suffer more from neglect than children under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Finally, the study found out that a relationship existed between child abandonment and antisocial behavior. The study amongst others recommended that government should implement policies that will help in the reduction of child abandonment and that social welfare organizations should collaborate with relevant government agencies in rehabilitating and integrating the abandoned child in Benin City

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The research was carried out on in-vitro evaluation of Cynodon nlemfuensis, Moringa oleifera leaves and cassava peels, ensilage mixture as feed for small ruminants. was carried out in the Animal science Laboratory in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Benin. Five treatments were examined .treatment 1 contains 100% Cynodon nlemfuensis ensilage (200g), treatment 2 contains 170g of Cynodon nlemfuensis + cassava peels (20g) + Moringa leaves (10g), treatment 3 contains Cynodon nlemfuensis (140g) + cassava peels (40g) + Moringa leaves (20g), Cynodon nlemfuensis (100g) + cassava peels (60g) + Moringa leaves (40g) were evaluated, Cynodon nlemfuensis and Moringa leaves were harvested from the University of Benin farm project Ugbowo campus. The Cassava peels were collected from Uselu market, Benin City. thereafter they were washed, air-dried, and ensiled with the Cynodon nlemfuensis and Moringa leaves. The ensiling process lasted for 28 days in an air tight container and no additive was used. The chemical composition (DM, CP, EE, ASH, NDF, ADF) of each treatment in addition to the in-vitro digestibility (%) of the respective treatments was determined, and the results obtained was analyzed statistically using GENSTAT(12th edition) and means were separated using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) where significant differences existed.

Abstract
The study investigates the nature of relationship between accounting information anddeposit
money bank lending decision in Nigeria. Expost facto research design was adopted and secondary data were sourced fromtheannual
reports of the fourteen (14) deposit money banks and all the thirteen (13) industrial goodscompanies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange as at 31
st December, 2018. OrdinaryLeast
Square regression (OLS) and T-statistic techniques were used to analyse the data of thestudy. The results from the findings of the analyses showed that cash availability was foundtoexert apositive and significant relationship with deposit money bank lending decision. Borrowingfirms’ characteristics was found to exert a negative but significant relationship withdeposit
money bank lending decision. Also from the finding, Statement of financial position was foundto rank first among the three popularly used financial statements; followed by statement ofcash flow which comes second in the ranking and finally, income statement which is theleast
ranked among the financial statement.. Based on these findings, this study recommendsthat
cash availability is an element that should not be undermined by deposit moneybanks. Therefore there should be a constant check on the minimum reserve that is kept inthebank. Also, borrowing firm characteristics should not be solely relied on as a major determinant ofdeposit money bank lending decision. Finally, deposit money banks should make statement offinancial position and statement of cash flow mandatory as part of the requirements fromloanapplicants. On the other hand, income statement should not be solely depended uponwhenmaking lending decision and as such should not be mandatory as part of the requirements fromborrowing firm in lending decision.
