Abstract
This project focuses on designing and developing a comprehensive web-based daycare management system aimed at addressing the operational inefficiencies and administrative challenges faced by modern daycare centers. The system provides an integrated digital platform that automates critical tasks including attendance tracking, billing and payment management, scheduling of daily activities, staff management, and real-time communication between parents and daycare providers. Through intuitive user interfaces accessible to both staff and parents, the platform enhances transparency, improves record-keeping accuracy, and enables more effective monitoring of children's activities, health records, and safety incidents throughout their time at the daycare center. The study employs a systematic approach involving analysis of traditional manual management methods, identification of key operational challenges, and development of automated solutions that streamline administrative functions while maintaining focus on quality child care. Key features include real-time attendance recording with automated parent notifications, integrated billing systems for online payment processing and financial tracking, comprehensive child health
and safety monitoring modules, enhanced parent-staff communication channels for sharing updates and alerts, and user-friendly interfaces designed for accessibility by non-technical users. By automating routine administrative tasks, the system reduces human error, saves staff time, and allows caregivers to dedicate more attention to direct child supervision and developmental activities

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SMALLAND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) often face challenges in managing the overwhelming number of security alerts generated by their IT systems. Traditional alert systems lack contextual intelligence, leading to alert fatigue, delayed responses, and missed critical incidents. This study presents a context-aware Alert Management System that enhances prioritization accuracy by incorporating operational factors such as alert frequency, entity type, business hours, and historical severity. The system was designed and implemented using a React-based simulation environment with 50 synthetic alerts representing realistic SME security events. Comparative evaluation between a baseline model ((Severity + Criticality)/2) and an enhanced model ((Severity + Criticality + Context Factor)/3) demonstrated a 42.42% reduction in alert fatigue and
complete elimination of false-positive high-priority alerts while maintaining 100% detection of genuine threats. The findings confirm that context-aware alert management significantly improves prioritization accuracy and analyst efficiency. The proposed framework provides SMEs with a cost-effective, transparent, and scalable solution for strengthening their cybersecurity posture and improving real-time incident response.

The computerized child abuse database management system is a project proposed to create awareness among the masses on the issues related to child abuse. The computerized system will keep track of all the suspicious incidents of child abuse by generating reports, and aid law enforcement agencies based on numerous details. Implementing this computerized system will play a crucial role in child welfare. The management system and data collection tools will meet the Federal reporting requirements, it will also serve the information needs of organizations, help inform management decisions, and support caseworkers' interactions with children, youth, and families
