Abstract
Background: Chest X-rays (CXRs) remain the most frequently requested baseline imaging modality in clinical medicine due to their cost-effectiveness, widespread availability, and low radiation dose. Despite the advent of advanced cross-sectional imaging like Computed Tomography (CT), the diagnostic yield and initial investigative value of CXRs in routine clinical practice warrant continuous evaluation.
