Abstract
Government plays a central role in shaping the growth and stability of any nation through the formulation of policies, management of resources, and provision of essential services. In Nigeria, where government institutions control a significant portion of national wealth and employment, effective governance is critical to ensuring sustainable development (Obi, 2020).
