Abstract
THIS STUDY INVESTIGATES THE IMPACT OF PUBLIC IMPLEMENTATION IN NIGERIA. USING THE EDO STATE URBAN DEVELOPMENT BOARD AS A CASE STUDY. TO ACHIEVE THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY, FOUR RESEARCH QUESTIONS WERE RAISED AND ANSWERED. the sample size for the study was made up of 100 respondents the dadta collected was analyzed using frequency counts and simple percentage. the study revealed that the implementation of public policies by the Edo state urban development board has positively influenced urban development.
