Abstract
This study is aimed at investigating the factors affecting the teaching of Physical Education in Secondary Schools in Ovia North-East Local Government Area. Eight research questions were raised for the study. The descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study consisted of 4069 secondary school students in Ovia North-East Local Government Area. The purposive sampling technique was used to select 205 respondents for the study. A 31-item questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents. To ensure the reliability of the instrument, the test-retest method was used. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics of frequency and percentages. In conclusion, Government and other relevant ministries should ensure that schools follow the National Policy on Education in terms of time allocation and physical education being made a compulsory subject. In recommendation, only well qualified physical education teachers should be employed and physical educators should also be made to undergo training, workshops and seminars to improve their level of competency, also
professionals should be made to supervise these physical educators on a basis.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to access the utilization of computer technology for record keeping by secretaries in Delta state civil service. Five research question was raised to guide the study. Adopted descriptive survey design with population of 96 secretaries in Detal state civil service. There search instrument use for data collection was a structured questionnaire. Mean and standard deviation were the statistal tools for data analysis.
The study reveal that there is low availability of computer technology for record management by secretaries in Government offices, there is low extent to the utilization of computer technology for management by secretaries in Detal state civil service, several problems are associated with the use of computer technology by secretaries. Base on these findings, the following recommendations were made: that government should continually be involved in the full deployment and maintenance of computer technology especially in ministries and parastatals for effective record management. The management should expose office secretaries and personal to constant training on the use of latest technological gadget and adequate infrastructures / resources should continually be made available in order to combat problems associated with the use of computer technology by secretaries in Delta state civil service.

Abstract
This study examined Perceived effects of participation in exercise on mental health and well-being among secondary school students in Benin Metropolis. Seven (7) research questions and four (4) hypotheses guided the study, aiming to find out the type of exercise (e.g., aerobic, resistance, or combination) have an impact on mental health and well-being, find out if the intensity of exercise (e.g., low, moderate, or high) have an impact on mental health and well-being, find out if the duration of exercise (e.g., short, medium, or long) have an impact on mental health and well-being in secondary school students, ascertain the relationship between exercise and specific mental health outcomes (e.g., anxiety, depression, or self-esteem), ascertain if there are any individual factors (e.g., personality, health status, or genetic predisposition) that moderate the relationship between exercise and mental health and well-being, find out the role of physical activity guidelines in promoting mental health and well-being through exercise, examine the cost effectiveness of using exercise to promote mental health and well-being in secondary school students.
The population of this study comprised all secondary school Students from a few schools in Benin Metropolis who engage in various forms of exercise. The proportionate stratified sampling technique was used to select 150 students. A structured questionnaire was used to retrieve data from the respondents, the number of questionnaire retrieved was 150, therefore the analyses was done based on the total number of returned questionnaire, the data was collected and computed into SPSS 23, and the chi-square and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was employed to test the research hypotheses.
The findings of the study were as follows; Types of exercise has impact on mental health and well being. Intensity of exercise has an impact on mental health and well being. Duration of exercise has an impact on mental health and well being. Exercise has an impact on mental health outcomes. There are gender-based differences in the perceived effects of exercise on mental health among secondary school students in Benin Metropolis. Socio-economic factors, such as access to sports facilities and equipment significantly relate to the mental well-being of secondary school students engaging in physical exercise. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations are proposed: Alongside physical exercise, schools should integrate mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation into their curriculum to promote holistic well-being among students because the types of exercise has impact on mental wellbeing of students, exercises like yoga and meditation would help to improve the mental wellbeing of students positively. Implement training programs for physical education teachers to equip them with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to students' mental health needs.

AGGRESSION IN SPORTS AND ITS COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS ON EXPRESSION AMONG HANDBALL PLAYERS IN THE UNIVERSITY OF BENIN

The purpose of this research was to ascertain the comparative analysis of University of Benin aggression in sports and the expression among handball players. Descriptive survey research design was adopted to accomplish the objectives of the study. The population of the study consisted of 120 handball players from the University of Benin. Ssample size of the study was made up of 72 handball players. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire developed by the researcher and was validated by the researcher’s supervisor and two other experts from the Department of Human Kinetics and Sports Science. The data collected were analysed statistically using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) software, of frequency counts and percentages. The study revealed that there is positive as well as negative effects of the expression of aggression in sports. It was also discovered that there are ways to manage aggression for better performance. Finally, athletes should take parts in programs aimed at helping them reduce behavioural tendencies towards aggression
